1. Who we are (data controller)
1Gry.pl is a browser game platform (The Polish version of the 8Games.net website) where you can discover and play many different web games.

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) and processes pseudonymous identifiers, usage data, device and browser information, and approximate location. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Cookie lifetime: up to 2 years.
Advertising. We display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies (e.g. __gads, __gpi, __eoi) and process device identifiers and approximate location to show, personalise and measure ads. The list of Google's advertising partners and the purposes of processing is available in the consent window, where you can accept or reject each of them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Security and technical operation. Cloudflare sets a cookie (cf_clearance) to protect the site from bots and abuse. Our web server and Cloudflare also process technical data, including your IP address, browser type and request time, in server logs. Purpose: security, preventing abuse and keeping the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for [NUMBER] days.
Consent record. The cookie FCCDCF stores your consent choice, so that we do not ask you again on every visit. Legal basis: our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate your consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR).
3. Consent
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you have given consent in the consent banner. You can accept or reject them with equal ease. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Google consent management panel available at the bottom of our pages. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Not giving consent does not limit your access to the games.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Your data may be shared with Google (analytics and advertising, including its advertising partners) and with Cloudflare (CDN and security). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Third-party games
Games on our site are provided by third parties who may collect data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for their practices.
6. Retention
Cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Records of consent are kept for as long as the consent cookie is valid.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The site is not intended for persons below the age at which they can give valid consent to the processing of their data under the law of their country (in the EU this is between 13 and 16 years).

If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, so we advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices.
